Tamara Studer is a native to Victoria. She started working after school at a local flooring store as a bookkeeper assistant. She would go on to later work as a drapery assistant, and then on to full interior retail sales associate working with home builders and homeowners to help them design their interiors to be uniquely theirs. After 15 years of design retail, would get accepted with the state as a licensed designer.

Tamara moved away from Victoria in 2001 for 20 years, living mostly in the Austin metroplex. She first worked for distributors as a regional manager calling on other retail companies. She would then become an architectural representative and be eventually promoted to become a district business developer for manufactures of flooring covering multiple states calling on architects, designers, commercial and residential dealers.

In 2018, Tamara purchased a weekend home again in Victoria, and after changes in the industry due the pandemic would move back permanently in 2020. After taking off 2 years, decided to get back in the industry, while working for a manufacture ran across the Dollar Floor Store being constructed in Victoria, and had a previous relationship with the company earlier in her career would be hired to run the new store. Tamara comes with almost 40 plus years of experience.
